All things Instant Pot

The Instant Pot has been a game changer for me. I don't even need to panic if I forget to take something out of the freezer for dinner because the IP will cook it regardless if it's thawed or not.

Then there is eggs. Perfect, super easy to peel "boiled" eggs. Did I mention cheesecake? Yes, even cheesecake is made perfectly in this nifty appliance. (I can make potato salad in 6 minutes cook time.)

You don't need accessories to have a great appliance but the right accessories can make this appliance into a gadget that nothing can compare to.

I actually own two of them. The Duo60 7 in 1 and the Smart IP.

So far, no matter what I've made it's been a hit.

There are endless recipes for the IP with a little google search. Any cuisine or diet you can think of. Even a trucker that went vegetarian and takes it on the road with him! How is that for amazing?

You can also adapt most slow cooker recipes to be made in the IP rather than waiting all day.

Another benefit is being able to cook even in the hottest days of summer without heating the house up.

Or being tortured by the smell of delicious food until you start to open the IP.

The safety of the IP is so much better than the pressure cookers we might remember our grandmothers using on the stove top.

Facebook groups, pinterest boards, blogs, you name it. A search for Instant Pot will show you this appliance is one that every house needs.

Feel free to ask me questions. If I don't know the answer I can find it for you or direct you to the answer.
