Streusel Topping

 

This streusel topping will work on anything you need this type of topping for. Cakes, breads, muffins or whatever you like. I actually doubled the recipe and froze what I didn't use.

Streusel:
1/4 cup butter, soft
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon

In a small bowl combine all ingredients using fork or pastry knife until it mixes and the crumbles are about the size of a small pea.




Used on Glazed Apple Streusel Coffee Cake
